Refund policy
1) Until it has been clinically approved as appropriate by our Pharmacy team, the products will not be delivered.
2) The chosen delivery method is from when the prescriber has authorised your prescription.
3) When dispatched to your designated address or if you request otherwise, where an order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the products will be at your risk.
4) Both shipping and billing address cannot be changed once an order has been processed, as the prescription cannot be altered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
